So last week I posted on my socials, a picture of my weekend chaffle sangwiches and a few peeps were delighted to see them.

They are Keto of course so here is the recipe I use in my little Dash waffle makers. I also made it into a video so have a look to see the goodness of the weekend chaffles!


  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 Tsp psyllium husk

Cook for 6 minutes.

This will make two chaffles so do it twice if you want two sangwiches.


Weekend Chaffles

UPDATE: I did this recipe with chia seed vegan eggs and it was quite good and way more crispy.

Replace the egg with one Tbsp of chia seed powder and 3 Tbsp of water. Let it set for 5 minutes and then add in just like an egg. Cook the same way.
