I made these amazing little things this weekend. Holy Moly are they good! 🙂
Made in an Instant Pot on the Steam setting for 12 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes.
• 4 eggs
• 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 red pepper, chopped
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup water
Add water to the Instant Pot for the steam 🙂
Blend the eggs, cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream for about 45 seconds.
Add the mixture to your egg bite silicone dish and then mix in the other ingredients in each section.
Place the lid on the silicone dish and then the Instant Pot lid.
Press the Steam setting and set for 10 minutes. Then allow 10 minutes of natural release.
Remove and let cool.
Freeze for later or enjoy right away!
