So I had to try this! My Mom and my Grandmother used to make these for us when we were kids. I found a Keto version and now I can’t stop making it.
I wanted to share with all of my Keto friends and since I am starting a blog, what better way to do it!
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups Heavy Cream
3 Eggs
3/4 cup of Swerve
1/2 Tsp Salt
Sprinkle with nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice.
Directions
Add to your blender and blend on low to medium. If you have a Vitamix go 1-5. Pour into a buttered pie pan Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes, then 50 minutes at 350. Let cool, then put it in the fridge overnight.Enjoy!
This brought back so many memories. My house smelled like my Grandmother’s kitchen.
Here is the variation I made today.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 cup cream cheese
3 Eggs
3/4 cup of Swerve
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp vanilla
Sprinkle with nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice.
Add 1/2 cup of blueberries
Cook with the same directions.
