So I had to try this! My Mom and my Grandmother used to make these for us when we were kids. I found a Keto version and now I can’t stop making it.
I wanted to share with all of my Keto friends and since I am starting a blog, what better way to do it!
Here is the recipe:
2 cups Heavy Cream
3/4 cup of Swerve
1/2 Tsp Salt
Sprinkle with nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice.
DirectionsAdd to your blender and blend on low to medium. If you have a Vitamix go 1-5. Pour into a buttered pie pan Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes, then 50 minutes at 350. Let cool, then put it in the fridge overnight.
This brought back so many memories. My house smelled like my Grandmother’s kitchen.
